HARD AVOID OF THIS SALON. Booked a body scrub on Saturday the day before and were not open when I arrived on Sunday. Asked for a refund and they moved my booking backwards in time. Refuse to give me a £65 refund. I’ve never experienced such a poor experience on Treatwell. Still waiting for my refund.
