So disappointing as Wendy did a great job on me with my knots, was kind and attentive but my partner had Elena who showed zero care or enthusiasm, only using one hand, sneezing and snorting up snot, yawning constantly, texting on her phone which vibrated next to my partner’s head and was even drinking red bull! The window was left open which was so noisy. Neither of us could relax and was a waste of £130. This was a birthday present from my partner so I’m very disappointed.

I had a back massage instead. I did state that I don't want to be walked on 🤭 and I want a relaxing massage. 1 of those 2 things were met and my back since I went 3 days ago feels great. I personally prefer the slightly more relaxed massages though with more soft movements. These ladies are strong 😉
