Had a deep tissue massage for problematic areas around upper back and shoulders. I won't deny it was painful at the time but its expected when working on tough stubborn overworked muscles. Was tender the following day after the session but mobility was increased and previous pain was reduced. Totally recommended. Push through the pain, it's worth it!
