Was moved into another room after the massage for a facial, the room was freezing, the treatment felt extremely rushed and felt as tho the products were slapped on my face and removed. After the treatments i was rushed out of the salon. The experience of the facial has put me off returning for any more treatments

This was my first visit, i have already re-booked to return very soon!
The venue is extremely clean and welcoming.The chosen colours for the decor are relaxing,warm and welcoming. Prices are great value,the massage room was spacious,great choice of massages and beauty treatments. I was given time on my own to undress and redress.
All staff were very welcoming, warm, considerate,friendly and reassuring.I had my deep tissue massage with Nidi Noi who was lovely very skilled, friendly & informative

Lovely lady but honestly the worst and most painful massage I’ve had. I signed up for the aromatherapy massage but it ended up being a Thai massage. Sophie was too firm (I requested a softer massage a few times but was ignored) and I was sore to touch for a few days after. Almost 2 weeks on my shoulders and neck are in a lot of pain and I’ve had headaches ever since. I am now considering seeking medical advice as I’m worried about my shoulder/neck pain and headaches.
