I had a great haircut by the lovely Vera. She did exactly what I had asked for and I love it!
I think there may have been an overbooking when I arrived as I was told to come back 10 minutes later and when I did, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes again.
I had also paid for a hair conditioning treatment but don't think this was done as no treatment was left in my hair and felt like a genreal shampoo conditioner wash.
Overall, great experience - just a shame about the other hair treatment.
I love my hair now! It was an amazing place with lovely staff. Professional and friendly.

Lady who did my nails was lovely, however pedicure was disappointing. Consisted of my feet in a bucket of water. Not worth the money
My appointment was delayed by over half an hour. Staff wasn't professional (except of my massagist). I was over charged for a manicure that was literally just filing my nails and a colour...
