I've been at the salon few times now, always with good results. Staff is friendly and Layla really knows what she's doing. She invested hours to achieve the colour I wanted in my hair and then I came back for a haircut and the results were lovely. I highly recommend this salon to everyone.
The place is very conveniently situated in front of Brondesbury Overground Station, and within a few minutes from Kilburn Station. It's large and stylish!
Staff is very friendly and professional. Dorina was very sweet and she did a great job. I will definitely go there again for other services.

I don't recommend this venue for an ombre balayage technique. The lines were so badly excercised, my front face a nightmare (it looks orange after a night). Even though I showed 3 photos of very discret balayages, it was so badly and poorly done, the color went so badly after a day. I had to go to another salon to repair the damage done and redo the Keratine as well. It was the first time I got such a bad colour.
After I arrived, I learned that the stylistcouldn't come for my appointment. So I waited arround 30 min for the boss to come. Please next time try to understand the demand first and then exercice it. Moreover, when the balayage/color is put, you should really pay attention to the clock. You don't forget the client with color on his hair.
Also, I booked via Treatwell. I do understand that I paid a price lower than the salon's ones; but next time make sure prices are well indicated on the website. We go on the website so as to save money, especially for students. I booked all my treatments for LONG hair, there is no such thing in Treatwell for EXTRA long hair or "LOT OF HAIR" options. You could have told me before starting, I would have requested a refund and went to another salon. I wasn't charged, but doing quickly and exhaustively the treatment is not a way.
The colour damage, definitely not a balayage nor ombre more like an orange bad colour, was so bad that I had to colour my head waiting for better days.
I don't recommend at all these treatments.
