A good massage. Tegan adjusted pressure as I was finding it painful. She worked skilfully on the numerous knots in my back. I usually get groupon special offers for massage or last minute discounts on Treatwell so I found the cost just about acceptable to me.

Teagan set-up the bed so that I was really comfortable and my pregnancy bump was well-supported. She checked what pressure I liked and got it perfectly. I was very tense and tight in my back. She worked on problem areas and she tailored the massage to what I needed. At other salons in the past I've felt therapists just follow a set pattern of movements with no regard to individual needs. What I really like about Teagan is her focus on getting rid of knots and targeting the areas that need the most attention. The massage really made a difference to how I felt. I could even see the effects of feeling less stressed in the skin on my face. I would definitely visit again. I would also highly recommend Teagan to those who are not pregnant.
