Overall experience was fine and salon was lovely. However I was not happy with the treatment I received. I booked in for a brow lamination and lvl lash lift. My brows did not appear laminated when finished and treatment did not include any waxing, which looked very untidy as I have very long eyebrow hairs. The dye was also left on too long and turned my brows black (which looked unusual with my bleach blonde hair). Unfortunately I had to book in with another salon afterwards to correct them.
