Lovely lady. So friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. Never had shellac before and she explained everything to me and the process. Deffo recommend and will go back for something else!

I have been having my lashes done by Francesca for over 2 years now. Which is such a pleasant experience.
Her work ethics are outstanding. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Extremely bad experience. Firstly, could not find the place as door number not given and it’s based in a house. Rang n left messages 5/6 times asking her to call back which she never bothered. After driving around in the area for half an hour and asking people where the salon is was about to give, thought I was conned as I had paid up online for the service...noticed someone on review had left a message with her door number. On reaching there, lady had no idea that I had left 6 messages for her and no idea what I had come there for and said coz it’s “Sunday”. Although, she was polite but did not know how to blow dry a simple bob cut. She had no idea on how to even use a hair dryer. In the end, she asked me to pay her n I told her that I already had and she can check it on-line. Very disorganised and unprofessional. I think Treatwell should not advertise the services which cannot be delivered.
