First of all the staff were absolutely lovely! The girl who did my lashes was called Alex and she talked me through it and made me feel so at ease. The actual treatment was around 45 minutes and I couldn’t be happier with the result they look amazing!

Julie was really welcoming and friendly. She asked me a number of questions to ensure the massage was correct and personal to me. She respected my privacy also, she was so relaxed and we had a lovely conversation throughout the massage. I would definitely recommend.
