Awesome lash lift. Love coming here - clean and relaxing environment and the ladies are so lovely. I’ve been to lots of places for LVL in London but this is the best experience I’ve had.

Forced to pay for a service I did NOT book and got no apology for THEIR mistake. Even then when I showed them THEIR email I got no apology but what I did get was "for future reference next time maybe you should just question it instead" and a look as if I was stupid for not realising she had used Gel despite booking Classic - they put the BLAME ON ME. Genuinely shocked at how rude and unprofessional they were. Will never come back. They actually committed fraud and weren't even sorry about it.
