It's always very pleasant and professional here - quick and efficient as well as feeling well looked after and at ease (important with waxing treatments!) Lovely beauty therapist and a welcoming experience. Thorough wax, checked I was ok with temperature etc and paid attention to detail. I've been here lots of times and feel I have found somewhere I'll come back to for a long time.

Charlie was lovely, as always. The experience was a very relaxed and pleasurable one and despite my nails being in a shocking condition, she perservered and did an excellent job. I will be back with her in two weeks time as I want to maintain what she achieved!
