It's my third time back here and will continue to come. Charlie is always professional, very quick and tries to make the wax as pain-free as possible. Only reason I have given 4 stars for ambience is because the room is quite small but she does the best with what she has. Not all the hair was removed in the Hollywood which is why the 4-star review but still happy.
