I had to file some of nails after my manicure, which is not something I want to do after paying for a service. She didn't understand me always, and she didn't file my nails in the correct shape that I asked for. And I didn't like that when she messed up she would remove all the nail polish with acetone and repaint, the base coat was then removed and my nails ended up chipping within a few days.
