Paid full price for a trainee to take ages + leave me with a poor finish where half the chrome wore away a day later. I was offered a free fix only if I came back during my working day 4 days later. I requested a different member of staff and was told that was ok, only to then on the day of my new appt be told (while laughing at me) that “nobody else wanted to do it”. I was mocked for being unhappy with categorically bad results. given partial refund eventually but feel v disappointed overall
