I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. The technician (Leyla, I believe) arrived about 10 minutes late with no greeting or apology and repeatedly asked what service I’d booked, even though it was clearly stated and prepaid on Treatwell. While the gel toes were done okay, the customer service was very poor. At the end, she loudly asked in front of others if I had paid, which was embarrassing and completely unnecessary.
