Not clean, horrible service and ended up being cut by the tools

Disappointing and unprofessional. Was genuinely shocked given the high reviews this place has. They didn't even have hot water available for my pedicure so I was subjected to soaking in cold water until they filled the basin with barely lukewarm water from a nearby sink. The lady did her best, I'm sure, but it was a terrible experience and def the worst service I've had. They should have made it right by providing a refund or at least a discount -- neither was offered.

I have had a great experience at this salon over the last 2 years, but the last couple of visits haven’t been up to the usual standard. The gel removal felt very painful, and the application had to be restarted partway through, which made the appointment much longer than expected. The gel also chipped after 24 hours, which has never happened here before. I really hope the salon can get back to the high standard I’ve always loved, as I would like to continue coming.

it wasn't bad bad, but I'd lay if I say I was good.one nail of shellac started peeling only a few hours after it was done
