It's quite a quiet salon, not much ambience but it was a weekday, might be different on weekends.
My appointment started 20 minutes late though, and considering there was only 1 other customer there, I thought that wasn't great service.

Susan is THE nicest most lovely bubbly lady. She made me feel very comfortable. The wax worked well and Susan pulled my skin so it didn't hurt, she did miss a few places so I've got a few patches of hair. I would probably return again.

They use nails where drilled with the nail driller causing my nail bed to become very sensitive... They charged me an extra £4 becausr they we're extensions. Found this to be cheeky.

Great value for your money. This was a quick and easy manicure with a technician who still paid attention to the details.
