Very disappointed, don't go there. I supposed to have appointment with Helen, turns up Helen is a man. Anything I said, for him was Ok, no need correction, so ended up with the nails he wanted and the form he wanted. My nails were looking like a shovel and thick too, unbelievable! While doing my nails the guy opened the front door and was freezing cold, didn't even ask if I'm ok!?!?! At the end he said I need to pay £10 more because of the gel opi he used... I thought is included!!! Surprise, it wasn't.. . Please, avoid it!
