I was sad that when I arrived, my technician was away as she is unwell. I completely understand this but had received two messages the day before to remind me about the appointment.
I made the 40 minute journey to the salon and was disheartened, especially as one of my nail extensions had come off and the others were all lifting.
I was lucky enough to be able to find another salon in Brighton who were able to help me so my journey wasn’t entirely wasted.
