Have been before and had great service. But this time there were a few things that weren’t as good. Appointment took 2.5 hours instead of 1.5 hours I’d been advised. Finger nails are not all that neat - and a lot of coats had to go on - perhaps because it was a pale colour. The nail technician had forgotten I’d asked for a luxury pedicure so foot soak and exfoliating came after nails were painted which was not ideal. Foot massage was good. Atmosphere in the salon was jolly but my technician didn’t really talk much at all. I had a mint tea then when I asked for water it came in my empty tea cup - bit odd. I’d go back to the salon but maybe not to this particular technician.
