I requested one design, which was refused, so I asked for a simpler one, but they didn't have the gold chrome I needed. The nail art looked nothing like the picture I provided. I repeatedly asked for a simple nail extension on one finger, which would have taken less than 10 minutes, but it was never done. The manager blamed me, saying I should have booked it, but this happened on the way to the salon. I emailed a complaint asking for a refund due to poor service and bad nail art,but no response
