I had to book in last minute as my usual nail tech wasn’t in. During my appointment, nail tech was on the phone through their headphones, speaking in another language which felt quite unprofessional as they didn’t really engage with me or ask questions about shape/colour etc. My biab was also very bumpy and uneven compared to usual appointments I have with other nail techs, and not all of my gel polish was removed before we chose a new colour and specs of old gel remained.

Welcomed in as soon asarrived at the door. Daisy was my pedicurist and manicurist for the time. She was full of bubble,full of life. And very good at her job spoke to me in detail about what I required what I wanted, so we were both on the same page.
