My whole experience at Buddha Nails was great. The team were welcoming and Sahan was a really good technician. I hadn’t had BIAB before and he explained the process and helped me decide the best colour. He was also friendly and fun to talk to. Will be going back.

I had to book in last minute as my usual nail tech wasn’t in. During my appointment, nail tech was on the phone through their headphones, speaking in another language which felt quite unprofessional as they didn’t really engage with me or ask questions about shape/colour etc. My biab was also very bumpy and uneven compared to usual appointments I have with other nail techs, and not all of my gel polish was removed before we chose a new colour and specs of old gel remained.
