Went here for the first time for a massage with Stelian. He did a quick assessment of my whole body at first and followed by some alignments/stretches before the massage. He’s very professional and experienced - he was able to know the problems and I felt better after the session. Plus points since he greeted me on my arrival and followed up after the session - nice little touch to show care :)

Stelian was phenomenal. Warm & welcoming and such excellent knowledge in relation my body & pain points. The dry needling he did on me left me pain free after 1 session- I couldn’t lift my bag around my body without feeling pain in my shoulder area but I left feeling so light without the niggling pain in my shoulder/ traps. The massage he gave my neck was so great I immediately booked a proper massage & cupping session.
