I had a remedial massage post-op, some lymphatic drainage, some general remedial, including to reduce swelling and increase range of movement. It was absolutely fantastic and really helped me to gain a better range. Oana was a really good massage therapist, who I'd highly recommend.

Like always the session was great. I have to mention that I do the exercises at home as well and the improvement is visible. At the last session I came walking in crouches, no wheelchair.

Stelian has a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, Dry Needling qualification, Level 4 in Personal training (strength and conditioning), as well as a Level 3 in Sports Massage and a Bachelor Law Degree from Eastern Europe. Also, Stelian was awarded as one of the best massage therapists in the UK, according to the National Massage Championship in 2022.
