The Foundation: Dance & Discipline She began her career as a professional dancer, training for five years at the prestigious Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater School in New York. This foundation gave her an exceptional understanding of biomechanics, movement precision, body awareness, and physical discipline. Evolution: Martial Arts & Functional Strength Nina’s background in dance naturally evolved into martial arts and combat sports.
