This place is a FRAUD! They cancelled my appointment 2 hrs before it was supposed to take place and then kept my pre-paid money despite the fact that they said they would refund and that they were the ones who cancelled. Customer service also seems to be unable to reach them. DON’T GO THERE!!

My Hollywood wax was cancelled on the day of the appointment - one day before my vacation and consequently ruined the first day of my vacation (when I had to go find someone to wax me on an island)
