Monique was lovely and very welcoming. Her salon was really nice and clean too. Unfortunately the music was so loud it was very intrusive and felt awkward to make conversation. After the wax my arm pits had big red marks where the wax had been applied and were incredibly painful. I’ve never had this from an underarm wax before. The wax felt fine when applying but it was probably a little too hot. I also had a leg wax which was very patchy and have strips of hair where they had been missed.
