I had to be in an hour within an hour and Sarah did an amazing job doing a fabulous wash cut and blowdry! Bouncy and volumeous just how I like it!

I have been coming here for a while now but this Saturday was the worse visit so far... I was early no problem but then I had my hair washed and waited another 10-15 mins on the sofa as no space - on top of this I think the manager was speaking to the staff was rude in my opinion and made me feel awkward for this to be done in front of the customers.
Bee who cut my hair was good but overall experience was not very good!
