Started off with a really lovely atmosphere. I paid for a wash and cut on treatwell. After the cut I was asked if I wanted my hair dried curly which I declined however the stylist insisted. She had only 2 clients that day and was expecting me, and knew what service I was booked for. The cut was amazing but the blow dry was terrible. When leaving the stylist then proceeded to try and charge me an extra £20 for a blow dry I didn’t ask for. (I had already left a £10 tip)
