I have been bleaching and toning my hair the same colour for 15 years. This is the first time a qualified hair stylist burnt my hair to the point that I cannot even brush it. I could not run my fingers through my hair when I was leaving the salon, though I was lead to believe that the heat protecting spray was making it sticky. This morning it is falling out/breaking off in clumps, it is a frazzled mess. The only positive is that I have a short pixie cut, if I had long hair I would be in tears. Avoid this place if you are looking for blonde

Just perfect, Ina is fantastic and understands my hair and how to cut it. The colour is always spot on.
