OMG what a lovely hair cut! Celine read my mind the entire appointment:) She gave me a great cut and some super helpful tips and advise for my hair (it’s struggling at the moment). She also gave a me an amazing blow dry, exactly how I love it with some bounce :) 10/10 go to Bubbles and ask for Celine
