Everyone in the salon is really lovely and I was really happy with my colour. The only thing is they are so busy so there was a lot of waiting - my appointment was 40 mins late to start and it took almost 4 hours for a half head of highlights and rough dry (no cut or styling). My hair had almost air dried before it was brushed. It’s hard to complain as everyone is so friendly and attentive - unlimited cups of tea! - but it was lucky I didn’t have anywhere else to be today.
