Ina was great and very experienced, and I love the colour. Would definitely go back for that.
Only thing, I forgot I had booked a rough dry not a blow dry and she asked what kind of blow dry I wanted after the cut without telling me it would cost so much.
I was then charged £38 for it, which felt a little bit sneaky. I would’ve loved it if they’d just said; hey, we can totally blow dry the hair but it’ll cost XX because you didn’t book it initially.
