I had been very disappointed trying to organise treatment at John Lewis, no one to arrange appointment, phoned, no one phoned back. Advised to go to Bubble 5. Was so impressed on entering the place, beautiful and spotlessly clean, plenty of room. Hannah was very pleasant and the treatment seemed so much more than one I had in John Lewis previously, like a treat if that makes sense. I would be very tempted to get my hair done there at some point. Very impressed.
