Haircut was great but we didn’t get seen until 45 mins after the appointment time and with a 4 year old, it isn’t ideal. When we walked in Lois said she would be 15/20 minutes but was actually 45 minutes. Never apologised for going well over time.

The nail service was excellent
Nails are lovely and are still nice now 4 days later.
Same with my toes.
I would just say that there should be something about bringing open toed shoes (flip flops etc) if getting your toes done as I didn’t know.
