I took my rather shy 13 yr-old daughter for a wash, cut and blow dry, she was nervous about explaining what she wanted but Lewis was very friendly, he listened to her and asked what she wanted at a few stages during the cut. He really put her at ease and gave her exactly the haircut she wanted and some tips on styling it. She left really happy and I'm sure we'll be coming back to Lewis in the future.
