I wish I could leave a higher review based on how lovely the staff are, however I was really upset when I got home from the salon to see that I was bleeding post wax. Not the usual post bleed wax or uncomfortable feeling that you would expect, instead this was an area that should not be waxed due to the sensitivity. I was in a lot of pain and even with ice packs and OTC painkillers, I was struggling to walk. I am now 72 hours post wax, I can walk however I am still very tender and swollen making the aftercare I need to do near impossible. I have been waxing for a long time and never had an experience or reaction like this. Genuinely devastated as I really enjoyed chatting with the staff on the day.
