Booked to get a cut due to being unhappy from having it done recently. Lois was exceptional, she took the time to see what I wasn’t happy about explained how to get it to how I wanted it and reassured me every step. I felt relaxed and calm and wow my hair was amazing for days due to her giving me the most amazing blow dry! I absolutely love my cut and Bubble 5 and Lois will have me as a regular customer!
