My first time at the salon. I felt at ease as soon as I entered. Was offered a drink by a very charming young lady.
My appointment was right on schedule.
Mad a lovely hair wash and head massage.
Then had a chat with the stylist.

I’ve been going years, although it had been some time since my last visit. The girls have always been lovely and welcoming, however unfortunately I am disappointed with the cut this time. I asked for a long choppy bob, and I realised there aren’t many layers cut in to it and I felt it was rushed, I feel it shows too it is very flat and not as good as I’ve had done in the past, feels unfinished
