Lovely blow dry and colour from Suzanne but a couple of the staff there just weren't for me so i stopped going. Extremely rude, no customer service skills and the owner happily told me he didn't believe me when i complained. I'm happier elsewhere.

first time Lewis had cut my hair. He made me feel relaxed from the beginning and checked I was happy with the cut as he went. will definitely be getting him to cut my hair next time.
