She criticised everything about my previous lash and eyebrow treatments and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. She didn’t ask if I had a medical conditions (which I do!). But I have never before until now left somewhere looking worse than I did when I walked in. Lashes all clumped together and used jet black eyebrow tint on my brown brows. Glue everywhere over my eyes (not sure why?). The worst I’ve ever been to in my life. Don’t waste your money ladies!!

I don’t think in the 25 years of going to beauty appointments, I have been treated so poorly. I arrived 8 minutes late and tried to call several times, as there was a car accident and the police were blocking the duel carriageway. When I arrived I apologised straight away and was practically called a liar. Then she checked the phone to see I had called. I was charged for a brow lamination and only given a wax and tint, despite her finishing 9 minutes early, as the justification was I was late.
