I was seen on time for my appointment. Lois was very friendly, patient and helpful with my haircut.
I was very pleased with her expertise and the styling of my haircut. She gave me lots of attention, and nothing was too much to do for me.
I was extremely pleased with my experience, my new haircut, all thanks to Lois.
