I was very disappointed, you can never get an appointment and I was surprised that I did. I didn’t get started until after 40 mins after my start time. My blow dry looked like I had my fingers in the plug sockets just full of frizz. I had to go home after spending £35 and re wash my hair which made me late to go out. I felt like I wasn’t a priority as a paying customer and the most pleasurable experience was being skull dragged while getting my blow, never ever had treatment like this before 😭
