I went there scared as it was my first time waxing but Bubbal made me feel at ease and comfortable, she communicated well and gave me some advice

I booked in for hot wax but normal wax and strips were used. Furthermore, I was charged an extra £5 as the therapist/beautician stated she would have to charge extra, even though I booked extended wax.
I was also asked if I wanted further facial threading done as in her opinion, it needed done!
I don’t think I will be visiting again.
