I booked and paid online. It was the first time I'd used this place. But when I arrived for the treatment the shop was shut and a note was stuck to the door saying, 'closed due to unforeseen circumstances'. I feel like they could have emailed to tell me in advance. I've tried contacting them to get a refund but they aren't replying. Such a shame because now I'm out of pocket and still have unruly eyebrows!

Bubbal was an amazing massage therapist. It was by far the best massage Iāve ever had. I was so relaxed I wanted to pay to have it all over again or another treatment but unfortunately she had another client afterwards. Such an amazing atmosphere there too and I wouldnāt go anywhere else now for my treatments. I get my nails and brows done there too. They always manage to fit you in and itās a relaxed fun atmosphere.
