So although my therapist was skilled and efficient, and has corrected my brow line, I have to say the experience was without any comfort or enjoyment so I won't be returning.
The staff are always busy with two other clients as well as yourself when you arrive, I find this a shame, even though with business rates I understand economic pressures.
Nobody offers you a drink, or a proper welcome and when I found the threading painful, she did not pause or give cooling gel, but just carried on.
