Chi is amazing at Waxing. As someone who has never had an 'intimate; wax before, I was beyond nervous to have it done - both for the pain i'd imagined and potentially feeling uncomfortable around a stranger in such a situation. But Chi is so friendly and professional. She makes me feel welcome every time I turn up and her technique is fast, thorough and her conversation makes for a great distraction. I always look forward to our little catch ups!
