I have been to BU before in the past but this was my first time meeting Fara. Her kindness, cleanliness and attention to detail was faultless. I cant reccomend her enough for any of your hair removal needs. BU is the only place I will go to. After going to 2 other salons due to not being able to get to BU, I will now always wait and return here.

Arrived and was told I couldn’t have gel colour with my pedicure as the person doing it wasn’t qualified. The person doing it filled up a spa pedi machine with a kettle of boiling water, then added a kettle of cold water. For some reason she asked me to test the water, I did and I got a scald on my foot. At this point I knew I didn’t want to stay, especially given the lack of air conditioning/no open windows and trip hazards. Expensive prices, yet total disregard to health, safety & comfort.
